please any one can help me to solve this problem when I run my data on paup4, and to find the best model of substitution for these data, I execute the Modelblock.nexus and the output are Mrmodeltest.score. after that I run on cmd Mrmodeltest.exe out.txt, the Windows stop working, or give the Access is denied.

Hello, I am guessing this is a Windows 10 is due that is specific to the way the computer is setup. Please take a look at the folloeibg: http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/fix-access-denied-folders-windows-10/ also if you can remember a time that it was working go to windows control panel for troubleshooting then go to reliability monitor. That should tell you system changes since it was last working. Good luck
