We would like to deliver DREADDs to different cortex layers and we think of using Cre- dependent DREADDs. So, is there transgenic mice which limit the expression of our DREADDs to Cortex layer 2/3 , Cortex layer 5, and cortex layer 6 ? and how do we get these kinds of transgens?
