MoS2 exfoliation in DMF, is there any quenching effect in PL spectra ?

Currently I am working on MoS2 exfoliation in Dimethylformamide. After exfoliation a clear yellow liquid evolved. I have done UV and raman study which gave satisfactory data. But I am not getting any photoluminescence specta. My question is ,Does Dimethylformamide has any Pl quenching property?

I am attaching the UV spectra in text file and a picture of the solution .

how do you make the exfoliation? did you confirm that it is MoS2 dispersion without oxidation or sth else happened during the exfoliation process?
