I am working on mobility behavior understanding of people from their digital trails. In this context I would like to know more about "mobility as a service" (MaaS) which is an emerging research area.
I am looking for some papers (especially literature survey type) MaaS. A quick online search shows a number of information on MaaS, but most of them are through blog posts or some case study which gives a limited idea. I am interested in some research articles or a survey report on MaaS. Any help would be much appreciated.

My profile on here any my blog have some papers on how to shape mobility patterns through gamification and other techniques. Namely to reduce traffic congestion but it may also be useful from the perspective of how activities may play an important part in MaaS. Also do check out the Automotive UI conferences and associated workshops which cover related topics. The most recent one was only last week!

For basic information and some developments in Finland you can take a look at Sonja Heikkila's Master's Thesis at Aalto University, Finland (see the link below).
The Finnish development is at the moment pretty fast and first services are about to be launched. More information you can find from the web-pages of MaaS Global (see the link).
