Can anyone suggest me a protocol for mitochondrial DNA extraction from pearl millet?Presently i am planning to use the one standardised by smith et al (1987).Any other protocols apart from that?

As i told , we have to standerize that one . , i think it should work because i am also going to do the same one as result comes i will inform u , what modification i have did.
