Minor peaks of silver are missing in XRD of GO-Ag nanocomposite. Can I consider it synthesized based on major peak? why has this happened?

I synthesized graphene oxide-silver nanocomposite. In XRD two of the minor peaks of silver have vanished. Can i still consider the composite and use it further? And What could be the possible reason of missing peaks.
