There is a lot of literature on lignin but very few seems to be based on the purification,

I've found these ones:

There is also purification of some enzymes of the lignin:

In the first literature, "Extraction, Purification, and Characterization of Lignin Fractions from Sugarcane Bagasse" there is sort of a method but from Sugarcane.
