If a conductive metal oxide sheet like titanium dioxide (TiO2), indium tin oxide, Vanadium oxide etc. is corroding due to contact with solutions that contain oxidizing agents, what is the chemical logic in providing a protection method like sacrificial anode, impressed current or anodic protection methods just like protecting a metal?

if i get it right and you want to know " The chemical logic in providing a protection method ", i may say generally it depends on the application & characteristics of your specimen. for example you may use "coating" method to prevent corrosion, or you may just be able to use cathodic or anodic protection methods. but it's not that easy to determine the way to prevent corrosion and there is so much more. so for more information you can see page 7 of the PDF in the link below, it helps you understand it better.
