I don’t speak about myofascial pain but only about extraphysioloigical stress, if you see the histological studies on psychiatric patients all show abnormalities is muscles fibers

I’m not saying that solving myofascial issues mental illness disappear, but that mental illness starts as a myofascial pathology and only then it affects the brain

But maybe you believe that in 1969 we actually went to the moon

Private pharmaceutical companies don't need healthy people. They need drug buyers. Otherwise the pharmaceutical companies can't make a profit for their shareholders.

If your question has to do with talking about profit at the expense of people's health, then I can explain it to you.

Thanks to the Soviet regime, Russia has many state medical and pharmaceutical organisations that continue to work for the benefit of the population (not for financial profit). Basic medicines are developed and produced by state institutions. They are cheap and effective. Many drugs are given free of charge (vaccinations, vitamins for pregnant women, vital drugs, etc.). I don't know anything about drugs for mental illnesses. But treatment in psychiatric clinics is free, I think. Seeing a psychiatrist is definitely free (everyone who wants to get the right to drive is checked by a psychiatrist, so I went there).

We also have private pharma. But the private pharma business doesn't own society, like in the USA, for example, the state doesn't allow it (I don't know about Italy).

Before Soviet Union, in the Russian Empire, the situation with health care was not so good. You can read Griboyedov's Revizor - ‘The Government Inspector’ (it's probably translated into Italian).
