If you are referring to "medical technology", this has little to do with the topics you give.

Medical technology is mainly about (functional) safety, repeatability, reliability, calibration, sterilization and so on. It has a significant hardware component but includes software as well, spanning from simple blood pressure measurement to CT/MRT/PET etc. on the other end of the spectrum.
