Let us suppose that we have an intervention. Can we study what mediators could affect the results of the intervention? Can we study what moderators could affect the results of the intervention? And why.
I had a discussion with colleagues about this issue, and when we did not agree I decided that other views could be helpful.

As researchers we need to review our own practice, so I find interesting to test and study how the mediator(interviewer) may bias, affect or distort the participant's voice... As humans we are biases, but as researchers we need to address it and try to refine our practice so we can be consistent with the participants truth/ voice... What do you think?
I should think we must be able to use whatever we have to mediate in any conflict and that should be substantial in the 21stC. To come out of the history of constant insurrection and conflict of any kind on any other should be behind us and those who choose to return to that insanity need to be questioned for theirs.

Yes, we are able to do that. It may be possible to observe different scopes and variables in case of moderation when a type of conflict resolution is observed. As I work with simulations and crisis/wargaming as a way to improve actors behaviours towards doctrine, policy and promoting policy enhancement, I certainly need to consider that any intervening element in the processes of building choices are of utmost importance, even though not always it is possible to measure efficiency, for instance.
