MCNP runs terminating with Error: forrtl: severe <157> : program exception -access violation error. fix?

Hello all,

Starting yesterday I have been intermittently getting a " forrtl: severe : program exception -access violation" and my runs stopping . Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this ? Also shorty after this error started the MCTAL files would only print intermittently.

I have attached a screen shot of the entire error message
