I have converted the raster to points in the GIS software and transferred table attributes to the Origin Pro program through an Excel file to draw a diagram. But there is a problem with it that I don't know which part it is from. Also, I encounter many errors in the Origin program, and only one graph is drawn from it. Can you please guide me regarding this problem by classifying the points? I have attached some Documents for a better understanding of the information.
Did you ask your question in the Origin user forum at https://my.originlab.com/forum/default.asp ? It is a fairly niche product. From a broader look, the two files you give are most likely insufficient to debug the problem, there is nothing about what you are actually analyzing from the initial raster through the chain of all the transformations in ArcGIS, the export parameters, and which functions you are using in Origin, and what specific errors Origin is giving you, and what you expect to see in those results Origin is not giving you - nobody can see your screen through a fiber optic cable.
At first you have to look if Origin pro can handle such huge amount of data. Or the same for ArcGIS to Excel. How many rows of data can be exported from ArcGIS to Excel or the maximun rows of Excel.
If this is the problem (memory) you have to get a sample of your information.
Gabriel Asato Thank you so much, I will try your advice. Actually, my data is huge. There are about 51,666 data values for each year. But for my friends, Origin draws the graph, although it has problems with my data.
Michael John Patrick I am honored that you answered me. Yes, the number of values of my data is very high, and the Origin software cannot draw their graphs. It doesn't show me any warning. It just doesn't draw the graph. There is no problem with less data, but to draw a diagram for this amount of data, I face a long stop and sometimes incorrect graphs. Mojdeh Amini Pishro INRE:'not drawing'. So other people you know have success with your same exact combination of hardware, OS, software versions, data, etc.'? If not exact, what is different? Move your data to one of their machines, does it then work? Also, in similar situations of 'silent fail' ( no error messages, logs, etc. ), I divide my data in half, if it still fails, in half again, and repeat until it produces a result. Use a system monitor and observe the resource consumption when it is running.
There is a lot of 'plumbing' between the main application, the OS, and a plug-in ( or chain of tools ) when a stack of software runs, and how these manage memory, drive transactions, and various buffers varies considerably under stress.
Michael John Patrick, Thank you very much for your guidance. Yes, I tried seven years of data together and once separately each year in Origin Pro. The result is the same in both my software and my friends. Due to the high data, it isn't easy to analyze them. My last step is the Origin program forum, which I will try.
