Is humanistic offer and we encourage you to do so because of your knowledge of the negative effects of using such weapons on humanity, But Why did not you take into account the crisis of such a crisis when you contributed it one day, Why most scientists do not take into account the negative effects and negative use of such inventions?

Thank you for your important question coming from the heart of humanity.
Yes, the negative side effects of science are very high, but there are also its positive ones at many places. For example, today many more people are alive and happy (hopefully) due to science which is a big gift from heaven.
But we agree that crimes do also exist in the wake of technology.
In particular, the crime of not renewing a safety report for almost ten years, after a high risk to the survival of everyone was demonstrated without a single counter-publicaion, is perhaps the largest crime ever perpetrated by human beings. If I may say so with humility.
