Good day everyone..
i'm working with MaxEnt to model the distribution of potential habitat of a species under current and future climate condition. However, i got an error i've never experienced before i.e. "error making replicate summary". The suggestion was to look at the log file, but i wasn't able to find anything to repair the problem.
here are some of the details:
i run the model in 5 duplicates with "cross-validation" run type, i unchecked the "write output grids", i used 7 bioclim variables, i projected the model to future climate trajectory with the same extent and cell size, i have tried to perfom single maxent run but got the same error, my RAM is 8 Gb (if memory size is expected to be the problem), and the file size is appx 1 Gb.
I would greatly appreciate some help.

For me, it sounds like the error is from future prediction.
did you try without future prediction?
may be should give a try and check if it results the same error or not.

i really appreciate your answer.
it appears that the problem was from the unmatched geographic extent, which was quite strange given that there will be always a pop up message if such error occurs.
i found the reason behind my error after double checking all my climatic variables in ArcGis..
