Mass of Mofs increase in drying stage in DVS device?

I have used a Dynamic vapour sorption device (DVS) to study the adsorption isotherm for MOFs UiO-66-NH2

In the preheating step when the sample must be dried, the MOFs sample starts to lose weight in the heating stage and then gains weight in the cooling stage as shown in the attachment.

what is the reason for that?
