I want to stop the cell cycle of HeLa or HL60 but I don't know what inhibitor I should use.
So please tell me major cell cycle inhibitors.
Although I hear that there are various inhibitors which affect each checkpoint, now I think it's ok to stop at any timing.

You can make asynchrony cells synchron by single thymidine arrest and released into fresh medium when all are synchron and monitor when the cell population enter then respective cell cycle you are interested in. Inhibitors always lead to cell death and impairment of cellular metabolism.

It does a rather good job of both explaining the cell cycle, explaining different ways to stop it at different points, and providing specific, fairly reliable protocols for a number of different mechanisms to achieve cell cycle arrest.
Major cell cycle inhibitors for cancer cells notably belongs to chimiotherapeutic anticancer molécules (ie. Cisplatin, Vincristin, Paclitaxel) or factors affecting differenciation / senescence/ growth (ie. TGF-beta)
