for example if we excite a SPR mode in 532 nm wavelenght,then measure the electric field component,and after we make a LSPR modes at 532nm for a nano structure and also measure the electric field, which field is stronger?
This is a complicated question. In general, though, the LSPR is localized in three dimensions while the SPR is localized in 1. Therefore, the LSPR can be said to have a greater field enhancement. However, this depends on the resonant frequency of the LSPR mode with respect to the incident wavelength. It also depends on the shape and structure your nanodesign. Edges and gaps generally have higher localized field enhancement than spheres, for example.
