Hi I'm looking for a Material database for strain-life fatigue performance. Most of the reference data i have is from stress controlled testing.
Specifically I'm interested in materials that can withstand extremely high bending strains in cyclic loading (2-3% surface strain). I'm thinking either Nitinol or some superalloy may be able to achieve this but I'm having trouble finding the data to aid in design.

Assuming that you are working either with aluminum, titanium or steel alloys, the book series written by Baumel and Seeger “Material data for cyclic loading” edited by Elsevier might be what you are looking for.

Each book contains many fatigue test data for a certain “alloy family”. The data are in terms of strain amplitude vs. endurance curves, fitted using the Basquin-Manson-Coffin equation.
