BIPV manufacturer offering modules in different glazings and frames. If anyone has info kindly share their experiences in terms of service and product quality.
The manufacturer or supplier is not so relevant. Glass substrate CIGS will give the highest annual yield from the smallest area.
Look for certified PV installers and look at installations they have done that are more than 5 years old. If they don't have any installations that have lasted 5 years do not buy from them. MPIA is your local PV association and they have certified and experienced installers in your area. See the list of installers and suppliers at http://www.mpia.org.my/membership-list
These people will advise you on the best type of PV for your area and specific use.
You need to look at Thin Film PV because this will give at least 30% more annual yield than crystalline PV in a Hot tropical climate.
My company is in Kuala Lumpur, member of MPIA, certified PV installer and there are many other companies in the area, equally qualified to install BIPV for you. www.solarvoltaic.com
The modern, flexible, thin Film, PV is also more durable and has less deterioration than crystalline PV. See an example of modern, flexible, triple junction, Thin Film PV being pushed to its limits here
