I am looking for the MICROSAT software (Microsat (version 1.5): A computer program for calculating various statistics on microsatellite allele data) to insert it into a script, but the links on the internet are giving an error. Someone would have this software to send me (my email: [email protected]). Thank you so much.
What do you need it for? A lot of older software programs are no longer supported and cannot be found readily on the Internet. However, plenty of new software has been developed that can carry out those functions.

"However, plenty of new software has been developed that can carry out those functions." I disagree. Frankly, none of the software written more recently is as flexible or as well written as Microsat. What recently written program calculates distance matrices offering more than 10 different model options? I will be happy to try out your recommendation.
