Graph pad prism can't determine PK parameters. It may be helpful in creating some graphs and some statistical analysis. For PK parameters please read the attached research paper and the following link.

Dear Pravan, you can change number of points, if I remember well the max in pksolver is 5.

this is not for regular PK analysis but for PBPK - PKSim and MoBi clinical pharmacology suite became a free software more than a year ago
