I believe it would be best if you contacted pathology ward of an educational hospital. We keep original slides for a very long time so you will be able to gather huge amounts of data, furthermore you should take into consideration to build a criteria to choose slides. from a certain tumor many slides are taken, do you want marginal slides? slides of the center? slides containing necrosis? find a pathologist expert in breast cancer as in many cases diagnosing a certain tumor is not consensual between different pathologist. if you want a develop a new system, it must be able to work for all kinds of tumors not only those straight forwardly branded as invasive carcinoma.

I am also working on a similar project, and searching for the FNA BC slide images. Previously my work on classifying breast cancer has been published but in it the data was available at the Wisconsin's Breast Cancer Database, as acquired feature values, Now I am interested in the images so that I can extract the features myself. If you are successful in finding an image data set, please do share that with me too. I would do the same if I get them.
