I truly appreciate the collaborative spirit of this network, and I’m reaching out for your support on my current research topic: the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and work characteristics.

I am preparing a literature review and am particularly interested in studies, frameworks, or theoretical approaches that explore how AI influences various dimensions of work, such as task complexity, autonomy, job satisfaction, or skill requirements.

To narrow down the scope, I am focusing on generative AI (e.g., tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E, etc.).

If you have come across relevant studies—be they empirical, theoretical, or conceptual—I would be incredibly grateful for references or recommendations.
