I have a ligand molecule 3-D structure and I wish to study it's effect

i) On certain genes, whether any effect on regulation or not.!

ii) On certain proteins, whether binding with ligand or not.!

iii) plays any role in any of the metabolic pathways

iv) synergistic effect with any existing drug molecule.

Please share any possibilities of Dry Lab work that I can proceed with in any directions considering the points I have mentioned.
