I want to write a paper on the Ghana Labor Law Act. Compliance, level of awareness, practicalities and also extend of application of the laws. I intend to examine exiting data. However, in the absence of that, I will use google forms to gather data. However, I need suggestion on which aspect to start with. There is little to no research on these thematic areas. Thanks for your help in advance.
I think you can come up with two to three research topics if you so wish:
1. Pattern and Extent of Application and Compliance of Labour Acts in a particular industry of Ghana
2. What Drive Application and Compliance of Labour Acts? Evidence from Ghanaian Manufacturing industry
3. Effect of Application and Compliance of Labour Acts on Firms' Performance or Labour Performance
