This paper explores the theoretical construct of "WL," a hypothetical world governed entirely by randomness, devoid of compliance with established laws. In WL, randomness is not entirely without structure, and its governing principles introduce profound implications for dimensions, time, life, and permanence. By examining the interplay of randomness and time, this work challenges traditional notions of reality, causality, and existence.
