I suppose either of the two. Mainly, because it all depends;

little is more if social capital is real phenomenon, promoted as resource and at the same time little is bore when humanity is under the influence of consumerism, as greedy people overshadow the benefits of the majority.

I might give you an answer if you could elaborate a little as in which context you are in need for the answer. The answer will be different in different contexts.

I would argue that the answer is observer and context dependent. It is possible to see a white box as less and bore or as less and more just because of its relation with its surrounding and social context. Therefore, when designing it seems to me more important to reflect on the relational aspect of the building (with context, society, etc) than to try to frame it as less or more or bore or....
