The first part refers to the reason of forming the architecture with the consideration to the place and need; this has often related to the culture, spirit of age, and environment. The second part is about achieving some specific requirements -- uniqueness, greatness, scale, location, and shape -- that have played an important role in forming this architecture, like what so-called landmarks.
Beautiful Architecture tells about the history and magnificence of place and people and it is eternal and universal.
