Layering technique lead to precipitation even at lower most molar solution any alternative for this situation?

I have carried out layering technique for a metalation reaction, with different molar solutions but I have found that even lowest possible molar solution gives precipitate instead of getting crystals, the reason I carry out layering is the complex once formed is not soluble in any solvent when carried out via stirring and I could not crystallise it for the same reason.
