I want to loop the acquisition of a time series in a Leica TCS MP5 microscope. I want to image spines with acquisition of 25-50 ms/frame for 2 seconds, every 20 seconds. Unfortunately, the Live Data mode and Electrophysiology are disabled so I cannot loop the acquisition at high speed every 20 seconds.

Anybody has an idea how to do it? Is there any external macro that I could build to start a new acquisition every 20 seconds?
