It might help to know what pesticides you are interested in detecting. Is it all of them?

It might help to know if these will be soil, water, or plant samples (or something else?).

Does it need to be a lab in Algeria, or anywhere in the world?

detection and quantification limits,

repeatability and uncertainty

linearity in dose-response curve

NB some pesticide analyses rely on combination of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC/MS)
