Most of the members of parliaments in 2.nd world insufficient educated people. They speaks well, They collect humen power. Most of the bosses also from schoolless society. They have money power. So they have also effective on well educated people.
I look for their knowled power. Because they have no more written material. They are not teaching their knowledge they just order their wishes whom hired their educated stuff
By Schoolless, you mean a society where the present concept of school does not exist anymore as a building but rather online? Or you mean a society where they did not undergo schooling?

Knowledge is power but you have to know how and when to use it.
I am sure in these societies people still have knowledge. Plus what is useful knowledge is a great debate.
Knowledge is power, yet, knowing something through a deep study.
Most of the third world's school's owners are uneducated, they are only money making machines. So, they don't take interest in giving some real knowledge to students; a) they hired untrained teachers on low salary to keep thier budget low, hence their profit sometimes crosses 500%. b) Even if someone tries to give some knowledge, their colleagues feel jealous and try to degrade the hardworking people as they are more than in numbers. In a result, the system remains under pressure and couldn't work properly. The produces the lazy and un-knowledgeable workers, later, they become hardle in progress in any particle field of life.
If there is less/no knowledge, the power works only in the hands of money machines.

They earn money easily by using their legal or illegal personal relationship abilities. I am looking forward to hear your thought about their usefull knowlede for all formal educated citizen or other schoolless people. Debate is knowledge power in society among schoolled and unschoolless society.
