In this way, the system architecture has to ensure safe operation during driving conditions to avoid dangerous situations. In case of car parking and leaving driver, the system will stop the engine if the RFID transmitter is taken out of the car, respectively out of a certain distance.

Keyless systems depend on RFID or other wireless connection to the "key" fob; once it moves out of range (e.g., when the driver leaves the car) the system should turn off.
If you are referring to a hybrid application, where the engine may be off, but the drive system is active, then you can use 'door open' plus 'brake derivative' to activate park. To completely shut down, you would wait for either a driver input or the key fob out of range. In the end, each OEM will have unique requirements, which would also need to be taken into consideration.
