Has anyone examined the interstitial fluid under the skin (hypodermal fluid) for toxic elements? I have made a comment about this elsewhere, but I suspect that certain metals, which should never be found in the interstitial fluid) may be contributing to changes in membrane potential. If you think of all connective tissue as a highway system for interstitial fluid and the control of ion flow, then you can see how this fluid could easily backflow into the braincase. Certain toxic chemicals can make it easily into the interstitial fluid via the gingiva of the teeth, which are not solidly connected to the teeth. Even the periodontal ligament would be damaged by many toxins and allow really dangerous toxins to gain access to this highway system. Chemically, some of these toxins could eat through epithelia, others through connective tissue fibers. I strongly suspect that many of these neurologic disorder unknowns may be due to toxic damage. Just a spectral analysis of the fluid would show that certain molecular weights need to be inspected more closely.
