After administering oxaliplatin 3 times a week at 4 mg/kg, it was measured by aceton drop method. This cold allodynia is maintained for almost a month. I remember another lab teacher around gave me discussion that cold allodynia will disappear a few days after oxaliplatin administration, but I don't know which one is right. Also, it is said that if you do a lot of aceton drop, you can get skin disease on the sole of the mouse. Is that possible??
