Behaviour of He and Ne dissolved in water at rather high temperatures are practicakky the same/ I never tied to simulate liquid He at the temperatures close to 0K

Long jump - neon atom jumped not the neighbour cavity in ice II structure, but to a next one/ Jumps of noble gas atoms in solid solution are the only systems where the jumps occur very often. In the liquids they are observed rather seldom. I call them "slow jumps". See Fig 19, 20, 21 in the attache paper.
