i have to make a selective sensor. i made it with SnO2, and it has approximately good response to ethanol and acetone but not very well to CO( it has low sensitivity to CO), i want to make a selective sensor or high sensitivity to CO, what do i do? what should i use as additive for my sensor to best result ?
what is annealing temperature for SnO2? and what is the annealing time?

I wish to help you but i don't work on this sensor, You can take useful information from published papers which may help you. I suggest to take S or Cu as additive materials may be useful, and for the annealing temperature and time can yo test that by working on the multi samples and you can choose the better between them.
