I'm making an SU-8 3010 device and was wondering what type of silicone wafer to purchase?

I contacted Microchem and they recommended Undoped wafers but their cost is higher than other doped materials because they are in less demand I guess. If anyone works with SU-8, could you recommend what type of doped silicone wafer to purchase that is of a reasonable cost and good quality?

Normally both n-or p-doped silicon substrates should work as long as an extra coating very thin gold film on the top of them before your SU8 devices are done.
