I had no idea about this, so as no-one on ResearchGate had responded, I decided to look it up. However, I found rather worrying reading from this 2018 paper; although it looks as if preparedness is in progress, it is only at an early stage:

I hope that progress within Tanzania takes place and if there is any future disaster takes place (although hopefully there won't be), this is not before the necessary work to be done is well under way.
This is very interesting area for research, little is known to respond to this but the knowledge may vary depending on professional (health professionals eg Nurses, Fire fighters etc) work eg police force. Direct proportional with level of education.
I am still searchimg for more detail but there are few researches conducted in this area at hospital level.
