In my point of view, we can not have final answer with YES or NO for this question since this depends on many factors, such as the requirements of each case, absence of bullying in the school, the desire of special need student, and what he or she needs in order to have a good method of education.
No one likes to be excluded from a group. Exclusion from a group can bring up feelings of isolation, humiliation and sadness, among many other painful emotions. According to Article 24 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, States Parties should ensure that persons with disabilities are not excluded from the general education system on the basis of disability. There are so many reasons shown by the experts for including them in the regular classrooms. At the same time in the writings of right-workers, teachers and individuals it is evident that it is not an easy task to accommodate the special needs student in the regular class. On the other hand, the ways and techniques of dealing with these sorts of students are also found in so many writings. Right resources e.g. special education teachers, supporting families, technological tools, etc. are important for these students which need to be ensured. Research showed that inclusion promotes academic achievement and social development for the student with a disability and the regular education student as well. Indeed, dear Dhiba Esperanza there is no clear view whether inclusion of those students in the regular classroom is the best or worst. Rather, the pros and cons are discussed in so many writings citing the responsibilities under international laws and moral obligation, etc.
