In old Indian books, Turritella terebra cerea was reported and described but not available in WoRMS database. Turritella spp. are very complicated. we all already knew that.
I just want to this species is existing anywhere else. If anyone has picture and description please send.

Figure 65 in Allmon 2011, "Natural History of Turritelline Gastropods" has a photo of Turritella cerea. If you need it I'm fairly certain the library here has a copy of the Reeve description and I can scan it for you.
It is sometimes considered a synonym or subspecies of terebra (Garrard, T. A. (1972) A revision of Australian Recent and Tertiary Turritellidae (Gastropoda, Mollusca), J. Malac. Soc. Aust., 2(3): 267), but it is likely a valid species.
Reeve compared to bacillum, rather than T. terebra terebra. The specimens we have are from Australia (Northern Territory), and seem distinct from bacillum (Hong Kong specimens), but we don't have genes for cerea. If yours are India/SE Asia I would compare to bacillum before assigning it to cerea. Based on genes we've run and careful examination of the shells bacillum should not be considered a synonym of terebra.
