Yes, I think this is a second wave of Covid 19. Only the vaccine will contain this virus exactly like the seasonal influenza vaccine. Until then the contaminations, the sick, and the dead will continue! The World Health Organization highlights that lifting the restrictions too quickly "could lead to a deadly resurgence" of the pandemic. Its "reflux could be as deadly as its spread if not managed properly”.

Yes, it is the second wave, just like the wave reflected wave from any obstacle we have. Due to giving some time to people to move for their necessary works and to improve the financial crisis, people are now moving and they are outside of home even for a short duration, they are facing more pandemic situation of COVID 19. And this time, now symptoms are changed, not only fever, cough, cold and breathing problems, but also some more new symptoms are appearing as we read and see around. Social distancing is very much important to save us from second wave. otherwise it is more dangerous because we will have to be very careful until and unless, vaccine is not made.

I think that this was the second wave of Covid 19. The scientists are to track the spread of the coronavirus in the world by using clues in its genetic code. Analysing samples collected from patients will also reveal whether the virus is mutating into new strains. Until now, there isn't a sufficient and satisfactory answer of your question!!!
