Hello Jayachandran! based on my experience with "animal-like" things, I guess the first photograph corresponds to a seed or polen graine (you can check this considering the plant species present in your estuary). Is this the first time you find something like this here?
What you show int the second photograph seems to be a ciliates colony. I suggest you to see them at the microscope and ask a plankton/biofilms specialist.
I hope this to be useful for you! kind regards! Ana Clara
The second organism you posted looks like a colony of rotifers, most common genus in Europe are Conochiloides, Sinantherina, etc.
As it's apparent that all the organisms you posted show the same color, I need to ask to you: did you coloured your samples, maybe with Bengal rose or similar?
Yes, they secrete a mucopolisaccarid mathrix, to which adhere with their "foot", living a free planktonic existence. They are especially common in wetlands, pools, ponds and river flooding waters
