I am looking for an optical profiler or something similar that can provide surface profile images for a large area of glass or multiple pieces of glass at once (around 1 m2 total at most).
The purpose of this is to detect imperfections (scratches, bubbles, etc.) on pieces of glass after a wash and dry cycle.
I appreciate your response Prosper but it looks like Brucker only supplies benchtop profilers. I am looking for something that would work in an industrial setting, not as detailed, faster and larger surface coverage. I would really only need to pinpoint imperfections that could be seen by the naked eye.

Thank you for the response Gunnar. It seems as though pixact deals with in-line systems and fluid. I am looking for something more overhead that can provide surface analyses for glass pieces. Scratch detection does not require a profilometer. And bubbles too can be detected without detecting profile. Depending on the volume of pieces and how they are mounted, you may be able to read both rather cheaply. If you were to bounce a collimated beam off of the glass into a light trap, you can detect the length and orientation of scratches with a camera located to the side. If you place a patterned surface underneath the glass you will be able to detect bubbles, their location, and in a limited way measure their size, by looking for distortions in the pattern. Unless you also need a profile measurement, you can detect scratches and bubbles very completely without going to the expense of a profilometer.
