International Year of Light Opening Ceremony & Student Chapter Leadership Meeting

Dear colleagues,
ITMO University Optical Student Chapter (Saint-Petersburg, Russia) invites chapter officers from European and Asian countries to participate in the Chapter Leadership Meeting within the International Year of Light National Opening Ceremony, which will be held in Saint-Petersburg, from 1st to 3rd of April, 2015. During the meeting, you will have the opportunity to:
- Take part in a team-building, aimed at promoting the Year of Light.
- Share experiences in organization of events within the Year of Light.
- Present the Road Map of your chapter/university, work together to develop ideas.
- Visit the most important researching laboratories of ITMO University.
- Productively spend your time in the company of like-minded young scientists.
ITMO University offers limited number of travel grants for European and Asian chapter officers. To apply for the grant, 2-page summary about your chapter and your CV are required. The 2-page resume have to include photos about your chapter and chapter activities.

For the winners of travel grants, airfare and 4-night accommodation costs will be covered.
