Hi, I am looking for data on the (cor)relation between vitellogenin (VTG) measurements in different fish matrices, e.g. blood plasma, head, tail and whole body homogenates.

I am aware of some comparative data between skin mucus and other matrices, so that's not what I'm looking for. Ideally, there would be some data on the correlation between the different homogenates (tail, head, whole fish) or between homogenate and plasma. On the latter I only found some data in Nilsen et al. (2004) Anal Bioanal Chem, 378: 621-633.
