A quick search on Google Scholar only mentions MTDATA from about 2003 for portions of phase diagrams but no mention of microstructure development.

Prediction of microstructure can have two parts; prediction of precipitate growth and grain structure (or phase morphology) development. For the first one, people use kinetic simulation based on Calphad methodology (e.g. DICTRA). For grain structure or phase morphology simulation Phase Field Simulation is usual.

Microstructure Prediction has many components:

Phase formation as a function of temperature and composition can be done using Thermo-Calc thermodynamic databases.

Microstructure evolution can be predicted using TC-Prisma, Dictra and Phase field simulation.

Length scale of the microstructure can also be predicted using Phase field simulation (https://micress.rwth-aachen.de) while the ppt. size and distribution can be predicted using TC-PRISMA.
