Is there anyway to install and run fastStructure software in windows based computers?

I want to analyze population structures of chicken breeds by using SNPs data. I tried the STRUCTURE but it is really too slow for my data and so I am interested in fastSTRUCTURE. I will be very happy If you can give information about the installation of the software in windows based computers.
