There is a non-for-profit project in Costa Rica and Nicaragua, which uses e-mentoring for supporting teenagers in the prevention of risky behaviors and health promotion. I don't know if that's what you mean by "e-mentoring", but you can take a look at it:

They offer online consultation for adolescents, and also e-learning courses. All services are supported by information and communication technology (ICT).
